The design area is in difficult conditions in terms of regulations. This is a zone of regulation and development of the architectural monument of federal significance "Ilyinskoye Estates" in the Moscow Region.

Work on architecture was carried out simultaneously with the development of regulations for the protected zones of the OKN, in close cooperation with the All-Russian Society for the Protection of Historical and Cultural Monuments of the Moscow Region (VOOPIiK MO).

It was necessary to create a complex harmoniously inscribed in the context. New buildings should not interfere with the view of the historical temple and the wooden architecture of the manor complex.
