The MOD Modern Design Center is located in the Central District of Moscow, near the Krasnopresnenskaya/Barrikadnaya metro stations between the high-rise building on Vosstaniya Square and the US Embassy. The entrance to the building is carried out from the Garden Ring, Krsnaya Presnya Street (from Zvenigorodskoye Highway) and Konyushkovskaya Street (from Novy Arbat and Kutuzovsky Prospekt).
The building is a 3-storey volume  with covered parking for 96 cars. The total area of the building is 7232 sq.m. From the premises of the 3rd floor there is an exit to an open terrace with an area of 405 sq.m.
The building has excellent views - from the windows of the center overlooking the embankment of the Moscow River and the White House.
